The proof, and the honesty

The self-improving kernel already exists. The curve is n=1 today.

The instrument is live, but it has printed only on ourselves. So we tell you exactly what is real, exactly what is not yet, and the public test that settles it either way.

What is real today
Live

lb-cycle heals an organization autonomously today

It detects, fixes, and ships across an entire org, on its own.

Live

The build pipeline self-corrects

It reads its own errors and repairs them, without a human in the inner loop.

Live

The trace ledger is live in production

It captures on every build. The metric the whole thesis rests on computes off real rows now.

Live

Quinn is built, healed, and evolved by Quinn

The moat compounds on its own substrate before it compounds across the network. The machine builds the machine.

The honest part, which is the part that earns trust

The cross-team curve is n=1. The entire near-term company is one experiment: get external strangers onto the substrate and print the held-out cross-team delta, durable through a model swap, across two unrelated kinds of team.

We named the kill condition before we have the result, and we will report it whether it confirms us or refutes us. A founder who instruments the disconfirming test is a better bet than one who pitches the conclusion.

The north star

The cross-team transfer curve, paired with a self-improvement curve that survives a model swap.

Pricing is anchored to the work unlocked, never a markup on tokens, so margin improves as inference gets cheaper and the moat is never on the meter. Before the first outside user, the only number that matters is whether a single team renews and would be upset if Quinn vanished.

The leading indicators
01Failures prevented by another team's trace
02Unmodified cross-stack pass-rate, climbing
03Time-to-trusted-action, falling
04Capability-installs-across-teams per week
The forcing function, specific and public

By the end of next quarter: thirty or more external teams on the substrate, and the held-out cross-team delta printed, a fix learned on team A measurably de-risking and speeding team B's first build, durable through a model swap, across two unrelated kinds of team.

Days 0–15

Prove pull

Name fifty teams in one referral graph, interview twenty, and onboard only those who describe the pain in their own words.

Days 16–45

Make it load-bearing

Hand-build ten teams with the founder in the channel, and chart the first transfer-lift number from the live ledger.

Days 46–90

Prove the brain compounds

One organic cross-team install no founder brokered, one capability that runs on a second non-Quinn runtime so the standard is real, and the transfer curve bending up across the cohort.

If that chart does not print, we are a very good managed-operations business, which is already cash-real, and we price the round as exactly that and say so. We will not narrate a platform we have not earned. The thesis is falsifiable on purpose, which is the only reason to believe it.
